A holding company built to last generations.
Our standard
- Build with precision.
- Govern with discipline.
- Deliver without compromise.
Ascendant Road Holdings is a private holding company. We own and steward a family of companies that help people tell their stories, learn with intention and do their finest work.
Each company keeps its own name, its own voice and its own relationship with the people it serves. What they share is a long view, and one standard for how the work is done.

The founder
Goodluck Ijezie-Desbois, PharmD
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Goodluck Ijezie-Desbois founded Ascendant Road Holdings to give a growing family of companies one lasting home and one standard of care.
His perspective, shaped by time spent in the Canadian foster care system and a path that led through pharmacy school, is the foundation from which every company in the portfolio has been built.
That experience informs a principled way of building: systems designed with care, learning built for students who deserve strong guidance, and creative work that treats every story with the gravity it deserves.
